All users and members automatically accept the terms of use when they use the site. All payments to the site are non-refundable.

Membership and use of the site is free. There is a charge to feature a profile and/or photo on the main page of the site. The charge is €2.00 to feature a profile and €3.00 for a photo on our home page.

There is a charge of €0.99 administrative charge per transaction. This is added at PayPal's payment page. If featuring a profile and photo in one transaction there is only one €0.99 charge.

When you feature a profile there will be a miniature photo displayed with it without extra charge. The photo referred to in the charges is a larger clickable photo displayed without text.

Membership is at the discretion of the administration staff and webmaster of LoveDeLux.ie.

No lewd or pornographic pictures or language may be submitted.

No racist remarks or language will be accepted. No illegal activity or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated on this site.

These terms may and very likely will be added to and or changed from time to time. It is the responsibility of the user / member to keep informed and up to date. So, check this page regularly.

LoveDeLux.ie reserves the right to deny membership or remove profiles and or any other postings and information without reason.

The terms of use include the privacy policy and legal policy.

Members may not send spam. Members abusing their accounts in this way will have their membership suspended, revoked or deleted. Members may not send messages through this site to sell or solicit any kind of business.

The name LoveDeLux is a registered trade mark and company name. It may not be copied or used without written permission.
